Brands Gathering to Plan Intelligent Manufacturing
Over the years, along with the take-off of the Pearl River Delta economic circle, Southern China has gathered a number of manufacturing hubs, which laid a solid industrial foundation and broad market demands for IAMD SHENZHEN. With the introduction and development of “Made in China 2025”, the demand for quality automation exhibition in South China is increasing. This year's IAMD SHENZHEN expanded with Hall 5 and further enhanced the quantity and quality of exhibitors, attracting Sunson, T-XING, MODUASM, Rulertech, Combei, Pro-Technic, Panasonic, Han’s, SYNTEC, Aerotech, Dinkle, Binder, Akribis, MOONS', CeleraMotion, Koyo, WERMA, DaHeng, Pixoel, LUSTER, Edmund, SAMSUN, MeiCloud, Hilscher, Advantech, Grantech, E.MC, DYNAMIKWELL and Honyen.
Gary Liu said, with the rapid development of national industrial economy, the pace of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries in different provinces is accelerating. Southern China will shoulder the heavy duty of China's emerging manufacturing industry. Located in the core of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Shenzhen will create more opportunities for IAMD SHENZHEN to make it become a leading industrial indicator.
Machine Vision: New force for Production
Industry 4.0 is inseparable from intelligent manufacturing, and intelligent manufacturing needs the support from machine vision. This year, a large number of leading machine vision manufacturers including LUSTER, LMI, Edmund, OPT, Joview, Daitron, Mvotem, CanRiu, CkVision, Pixoel, zhijintech, DaHeng, huaraytech, Opto, FLIR, POMEAS have gathered in Hall 4&5, showcasing their machine vision application of Lithium batteries, consumer electronics, semiconductors and electronics, solar energy, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, robotics, auto, printing and transport. Most industrial camera products received well attention from buyers.
With the advantages of high automation, high efficiency, high accuracy, and good adaption to poor environments, machine vision will play an important role in the realization of industrial automation in China. IAMD SHENZHEN will continue to increase the investment in machine vision sector. By grasping the development direction of intelligent manufacturing, the organiser will continuously improve machine vision sector’s professionalism and internationalization.
Southern China's Robot Application Market Leads the Country
With the government support for the upgrading of manufacturing and robotics industry, the domestic robotics market continues to increase, especially in the manufacturing province like Guangdong. At the same time, Guangdong is also a region which gathers numerous domestic industrial robotics brands, accumulating a strong driving force for robotics industry development. According to the statistics of Guangdong Provincial Government, one out of every five industrial robots in China comes from Guangdong region, making Southern China the largest industrial robotics manufacturing area in China. Meanwhile, according to the government's development goals, priority will be given to industrial automation in the fields of electronic information, food, medical treatment, building materials and metals. This also makes the domestic and even overseas robot manufacturers continue to seek for further market share in Southern China.
In this year’s show, leading robotics brands including ABB, Epson, Kawasaki, YASKAWA, YAMAHA, IAI, Universal, Hikrobot, QKM, GSK, CHAIFU, HuaTai, TIANJI, Robostar, Rokae, Leader, i-ROBO, ADTECH, Tamasec, STSROBOT, Malu, HERON and Honyen all brought their latest products, various sizes of robot arms, robot “Spider-Man" etc., vividly expressing the charm of automation onsite.
Professional Forums to Analyze Intelligent Manufacturing Era
